Working with the Local Organising Committee in a team liaison role to support the participating nations as they compete in the tournament and help ensure that the highest levels of service and organisation are delivered in line with World Rugby standards and protocols.

London Marathon
An event delivery role as part of the Back of the Pack team that has seen London Marathon Events increase their focus on inclusivity and respect for all participants. The role included managing and deploying tail walkers, cyclists and static stewards to support and celebrate all finishers regardless of their pace.

Tall Ships Aberdeen 2025
A management role within the event footprint at Port of Aberdeen docks and the city centre. With safety a top priority, responsible for delivering operational plans and intricacies to deliver a world class visitor and crew experience. Led a team of staff and volunteers throughout the live event and the main contact for contractors, traders, ship liaison officers and media working within the area.
KPMG
Route planning and management for the northern leg of KPMG’s ‘Big Walk’, a national series of events designed to engage and connect staff whilst raising valuable funds for the firms official charity partner.
Chester Races
Chester Race Company Ltd (CRC) is one of the North West’s best-known and most-admired brands, an evolving organisation with a broad portfolio yet it retains horseracing at its core. CRC requested the help of Echo85 to ensure the smooth planning and running of each race day and non racing events in the 2025 season, using our experience to develop and implement detailed event management plans, including schedules, logistics, and wider operations.

British Grand Prix
Echo85 will be working with The Formula 1 British Grand Prix, one of the biggest sporting and music events in the UK, welcoming nearly half a million people through the gates over 4 days. As a Zone Manager we have overall responsibility for the set up and de-rig of a specified area and for the health and safety aspects of the build, in conjunction with Silverstone’s health and safety advisors. Then during the event we will oversee the operational management of the zone, including its opening and closing, ingress/egress of the public and incident management, reporting into the Silverstone Event Control.

The UK is a leading destination for hosting world class sporting events and Echo85 Ltd is delighted to have been selected to join UK Sport’s preferred associates list as it continues to work to secure the most impactful sporting events that resonate with and reach the British public. The work involves providing a range of strategic services to support stakeholders to assess feasibility and bid for major sporting events for the UK.
